Challenging racism and promoting awareness

The aim of this teaching unit is to stimulate the imagination of my students in provocative ways in order to encourage critical reflection on direct and indirect forms of racism, prejudice, and human rights abuse in modern-day Western societies. One further aim is to explore and appreciate the notion of human rights as fundamental, inviolable rights inherent to all human beings.
