Child labour: a Happy Time?

The main aim of this UDA is to have students reflect on child labour in modern-day society, compare it to child labour in the Victorian Age and analyse the extent of the problem in both underdeveloped and developed countries. I will stimulate the students’ curiosity asking them to bring to school some of their photographs as children. They will be engaged in looking for materials, analysing them, working individually, in pairs and in mixed ability groups. The flipped classroom approach will give the teacher the opportunity to create a pleasant, stimulating and long-lasting learning process.
